Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Climax crews are already moving. Our Climax-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
We built our Climax branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Climax, NY property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Climax roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Climax isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Climax, NY, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Climax, NY warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Climax property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Climax call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Climax jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Climax line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Climax response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Climax property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Climax, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Climax properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Climax get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
On top of standard drying, our Climax crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
Every Climax estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.

Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Our Climax team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
The closest available technician is routed to your Climax property with equipment staged and ready.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Climax job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Climax work order we issue. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
